- Check you have the correct size filter paper for your filter machine or filter cone.
- Fold over the seamed edges of the filter paper and place in the filter cone.
- Measure the coffee into the filter paper, start with 60g of coffee for every 1 litre of water used (adjust ±10g according to taste) or 1 rounded dessertspoon per cup. For more details, refer to your machine manufacturer's instructions.
+ For Filter Machines: Fill your machine with the required amount of fresh, filtered water, switch on and wait for your coffee to brew.
+ For Filter Cones: Moisten the coffee with a little water just off the boil, then slowly pour on the required amount of water. Allow the coffee to filter through and remove the filter cone.
Coffee Tips:
Use fresh, ground coffee or freshly ground beans. Use fresh, filtered water in your filter machine or kettle. Rinse your filter paper to remove any papery tastes. Once brewed, enjoy within 30 minutes.

Coffee tastes bitter
I have no idea why Morrisons stock these. Means I have to order decent ones online
Filter backup.
I use it on my Filter coffee machine as a back to the flimsy filter the machine comes with. I hate grounds on my brew. So far the paper filters have not let me down. Residue is insignificant and the speed with which my coffee is made is acceptable. Overall it's a thumbs up from the Ant.
Too slow
Coffee making becomes slow with these filter’s compared to brand leader Melitta which is also from recycled paper. This is not.
not as good as the other brand
I totally agree with the previous reviewer. I also prefer the other brand and will only buy these ones if only really necessary. The white colour doesnt feel right for me and I also find these fold in the coffee machine cone. Please Morrisons can you stock the other brand
Inferior to Melitta papers
These are in direct competition to Melitta papers but are slightly more expensive for a pack of 40. The paper of this brand is bleached white which somehow doesn't look right and it feels much thinner. When it gets wet, it tends to fold more and pull away from the side of the filtering cone of the coffee machine. I can see no reason to buy these other that for some reason, Morrison's does not stock Melitta filters, so if you only shop at Morrison's you have no choice.
