Fajita Melt
Just Add
600g chicken breast
100g grated emmental cheese
120g creme fraiche
1 avocado
Optional:
1 red onion
60g baby spinach

1 You start with:
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Lay down the onion cut into thin strips in an oven dish and add a slight drizzle of olive oil on top. In a big bowl, mix the large seasoning mix (30g) with the chicken breast until the are well coated, and place them on top of the onion. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
2 Next:
For the cheese sauce, put the crème faiche in a bowl and heat in the microwave (850w) for 1 min. Add the grated cheese to the bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 more minute. Add the smaller seasoning mix (5g) and stir in well until you get a creamy texture, then leave it aside. Cut the chicken breast and the avocado into slices.
3 Last but not least:
On each wrap, spread a thin layer of cheese sauce until all the surface is covered, up to the edges. In the middle, add the ingredients (baby spinach, chicken, onion, avocado). Close the wrap by folding the lower section halfway towards the middle of the wrap. Then repeat for the top and sides.
Toast your Fajita Melt on a heated pan (grill ideally) for a few seconds, starting with the side with the folds. Cut in half on a board, and serve!

disgusting
The cheese sauce is vile and smells very odd. Actually put me off the whole meal and I didnt add it to my wraps. Wish I hadnt wasted the money on it and the ingredients :(
