500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
Shredded carrots
Spring onions
Fusion Fajita Teriyaki Flavour
1 Prepare the chicken
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Remove any excess liquid from the pan. Over medium heat, add the seasoning mix over the chicken and two tablespoons of water, stir until well coated and water has evaporated.
2 Heat the tortillas
Microwave - pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power (800 watts)
Flash in the pan - heat a pan and toast tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap In a tea towel to steam
3 Prepare the fajitas
Load the tortillas with the seasoned chicken, add the sauce and your desired toppings.
Top Tip
Try the vegetarian version: replace chicken with tofu!

Minimum fuss to create, nice spicy sauce and easy microwave tortillas

Nice
Good kit, handy for a quick dinner. I added chicken breast and onion. Fried nicely within minutes. The sauce is a bit spicy but it's optional so you can swap it with whatever sauce or ketchup you like. We all enjoyed it and I didn't feel it was too spicy at all, although I skipped the sauce for my little one. There was plenty for a family of 4. Makes a nice change from the original kit.

Nice combination
Lovely teriyaki flavour gives a fusion of Japanese and Mexican with the tortilla wraps. Makes a nice change from the all Mexican flavours, will buy again

Tasty and quick
This is a good kit for a quick mid week meal. It's as easy as cook the chicken and add the spice mix then you have the fun of assembling the fajitas as a family. Also good for fussy eater kids as it's an interactive meal. I did find the mix had a bit of a kick considering it is listed as mild. Was a bit much for my wife's taste as she has a low spice tolerance. Overall I was impressed and would buy them again

Something different
It was nice to try something different but as with all Old El Paso kits I added a little bit of my spices to bring it to my own taste
