Whip up our no-bake high-protein oat bars! Made with oats, peanut butter & protein powder, these easy, delicious snacks are perfect for on-the-go fuel or pre/post-workout boosts.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 100g Oats
- 60g Peanut butter
- 2 scoops Protein powder (approximately 50–60g, vanilla or chocolate)
- ¼ cup Dark chocolate chips
- Drizzle of honey (adjust to taste, about 1–2 tsp)
- Pinch of Salt
- ¼ cup Water (adjust as needed)
Method
Step 1
Add all the ingredients (oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, salt, water) to a bowl.Step 2
Mix everything together until well combined.Step 3
Press the mixture firmly into a lined pan and smooth the top.Step 4
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, then spread evenly over the oat mixture.Step 5
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars and enjoy!
