Morrisons Now Terms & Conditions:
The following terms and conditions ("Morrisons Now T&Cs"), along with our Privacy Policy and our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale , apply exclusively to Morrisons Now orders placed via our website (groceries.morrisons.com) or the Morrisons Grocery mobile app (together referred to as the "Website"). These Morrisons Now T&Cs may differ from other Morrisons delivery service terms and in the event of a conflict between the Morrisons Now T&Cs and our standard Terms and Conditions, these Morrisons Now T&Cs shall prevail.
Please read the Morrisons Now T&Cs carefully. By using the Website or submitting a Morrisons Now order (or any future orders), you are agreeing to be bound by them and our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. General
1.1 Orders must total at least £15 (excluding delivery charges) to checkout. Orders below this value will not be accepted.
1.2 A maximum of 30 items is allowed per Morrisons Now order.
1.3 Certain products and product categories may be subject to quantity limits per order due to legal, courier, or stock availability restrictions.
1.4 Orders placed for Morrisons Now cannot be amended or cancelled after checkout.
1.5 Morrisons Now is available in selected stores only and within limited delivery areas. Delivery times and slot availability may differ from those for Same Day/Next Day Home Delivery and Click & Collect services.
2. Delivery & Delivery Fees
2.1 Morrisons Now orders are not covered by Delivery Pass. Delivery Pass holders will still be charged the typical delivery fee.
2.2 Delivery charges vary depending on location and delivery partner, but typically cost £4.50. All fees will be shown clearly at checkout and in your confirmation email.
2.3 Morrisons Now orders are fulfilled by a nominated third-party delivery service. Whilst we aim to deliver within 60 minutes of order placement, this may vary due to external factors. Orders not delivered within 90 minutes will be automatically cancelled, and you will not be charged.
2.4 If no one is available to accept delivery or the address cannot be located, the order will be cancelled and returned to Morrisons. We do not leave deliveries unattended.
2.5 To complete your delivery, the driver may need to take a photo as proof of delivery. If this cannot be captured, the driver may be unable to hand over your order and it may be cancelled.
2.6 If we cannot confirm that the person accepting the delivery is over 18, the order will be cancelled and returned.
3. Products & Pricing
3.1 Promotions, discounts, and offers may differ between Morrisons Now and Same Day/Next Day Home Delivery or Click & Collect due to the premium nature of the service. Applicable offers will be shown on the website when Morrisons Now is selected as the delivery method.
3.2 Product prices may vary on Morrisons Now compared to Same Day/Next Day Home Delivery or Click & Collect. Prices will be displayed on the website once Morrisons Now is selected as the delivery method, and will also appear at checkout and in confirmation emails.
3.3 The product range on Morrisons Now is limited due to courier and delivery restrictions. The available selection will be shown on the website when Morrisons Now is chosen as the delivery method.
3.4 If an item is unavailable, we may send a substitute. Drivers cannot identify or accept returned substitutions. If you are unhappy with a substitute, you can request a refund within 48 hours via the groceries website or app.
3.5 If you are not satisfied with any part of your order, you can request a refund within 48 hours of delivery using the groceries website or app. The driver will not accept returns at the doorstep.
3.6 Vouchers cannot be used on Morrisons Now orders.
3.7 Colleague, and Family & Friends discount codes are not accepted for Morrisons Now orders.
4. Data
4.1 For delivery purposes, we share order details with external couriers and delivery partners. This includes your order number.
