Ingredients
- 30g Vanilla protein powder
- 30g Ground almonds
- 140g Almond butter
- 21g Honey or maple syrup
- 16g Desiccated coconut
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder and ground almonds.Step 2
Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup), then stir until a thick dough forms.Step 3
Divide the dough into 9 roughly equal pieces to ensure even portions.Step 4
Roll each piece into a ball, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter.Step 5
Spread the desiccated coconut on a plate and roll each ball in it to coat.Step 6
Place the protein balls on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.Step 7
Enjoy straight from the fridge! Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
