Mango Morning Smoothie
This tropical Mango Morning smoothie is a great way to start your day and is best served fresh.

Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- ½ cup fat free yogurt
- ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Prepare Ahead
Create a clean and clear working space.
Instructions
- Remove the skin and the pit of the mango and cut it into small pieces.
- In a blender or mixer, blend the mango, add ¾ cup of the orange juice, the yoghurt, ginger and lime juice until it becomes smoother. Add a ¼ cup more of the orange juice until it is smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass. Drink and enjoy.
