Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 150 g of chestnut mushrooms, halved
- 150 g of radishes
- 3 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
- 500 g of salmon fillets, skinned, cubed
- 6 salad onions, cut into 5cm lengths
- 1 lime, juice and finely grated zest
Method
Step 1
Toss the mushrooms, salad onions and radishes into the marinade.Step 2
Thread salmon, mushrooms, salad onions and radishes onto 8 skewers.Step 3
Barbecue for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
