Ingredients
- 1 Pack Pork Loin Steaks/chops
- 60g Tomato Puree
- 50g Light Brown Sugar, (you can also add 1x grated apple for extra freshness, approx 80g)
- 6g Smoked Paprika,3g for BBQ sauce and 3g for dry rub, alternatively you can use cajun spice or curry powder
- 50g Vinegar
- 1g Salt
- 2g Sugar

Instructions
- Dust the pork loins with the dry rub ingredients.
- To make the BBQ Sauce you need to add sugar to a pan and caramelize by cooking down to a syrup, add the vinegar to help dissolve the sugar, and cook out before adding the tomato puree.
- Add the smoked paprika and any other spices, (ground cumin works well along with chili powder) if you have any, try adding a couple of teaspoons of worcestershire sauce as this works really well.
- Add a little water if you want (3-4 tablespoons) and a pinch of salt and cook down to a sticky sauce.
- Grill or pan fry your pork loin steaks and brush with the barbecue sauce as you cook to build up a sticky coating, you can make a parcel of tin foil and put the pork and the sauce in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes for a sticky boneless pork rib.
