Cinnamon Dusted Pear Cider
This refreshing, sweet cider is the ideal drink to treat your guests to at a barbecue.
- 1 bottle Pear Koppaberg, chilled
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 handful Ice
Total time required
- Preparation time:
- Set out 2 plates. Mix the cinnamon and brown sugar on 1 and pour a little water onto the other.
- Dip the rim of the glass in the water, then into the sugar.
- Half fill the glass with ice and place a few slices of the pear inside.
- Pour the Kopparberg over the ice and enjoy.
