Use up leftover Christmas cake with these boozy sundaes, drizzled with a toffee sauce and topped with leftover nuts.

Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tsp brandy
- 1 tblspn toffee sauce

Prepare Ahead
You will need 25g of leftover Christmas cake and 1tbsp of leftover nuts.
Instructions
- Put 1 scoop of ice cream in a glass, crumble over half the cake, then top with another scoop of ice cream, followed by the remaining cake crumbs. Spoon over the brandy, then drizzle with the toffee and finish off with the nuts.
