Use up leftover Christmas cake with these boozy sundaes, drizzled with a toffee sauce and topped with leftover nuts. Delicious. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 tsp of brandy
- 1 tbsp of toffee sauce
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Method
Step 1
Put 1 scoop of ice cream in a glass, crumble over half the cake, then top with another scoop of ice cream, followed by the remaining cake crumbs.Step 2
Spoon over the brandy, then drizzle with the toffee and finish off with the nuts.
