1 tsp vegetable or olive oil
For extra heat, simply add the chilli

Recipe
Preparation: cut the meat, fish/seafood or paneer into generous pieces.
If you don't like whole spices, powder these in a pestle and mortar and add them in at the end of step 3, alternatively if left whole remove them
with a spoon before serving.
1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add the spices and cook for 20 seconds
2. Add meat or paneer and brown lightly. Add the base sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes
3. Stir in the main sauce and more delicate ingredients (i.e. fish/seafood) and bring to a boil. Cook for 3-6 minutes or until
the main ingredient is cooked through
Serves 2-3 with The Spice Tailor Naans, rice or parathas

Convenient
I tend to always enjoy this brand's products. I found this curry very nice and authentic. Very nice qirh rice and naan, I made it with vegetarian ingredients.

A classic
A classic dish that’s made so easy and quick to make with this sauce kit. I cooked it with paneer and had enough for 3 small portions with rice - was lovely, warming and rich.

Tikka
A nice easy to prepare curry. I added fish to bulk it out so it did 3 small portions with added rice. The sauce was a good consistency.
