1 Mix the sauce mix with the milk in a small saucepan.
2 Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 2 mins, until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
Microwave (800W)... Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only. Empty the sachet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Stir in the milk and heat on full power For 4 mins, stirring every minute until rich and smooth. Stir well and ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving.

Tasty sauce!
This is a lovely creamy sauce with a delicious flavour. My tip would be to use a whisk to mix the packet contents with the milk, as you will avoid lumps that way.

No lemon flavour
We were really disappointed with this sauce as it had no real flavour at all and especially as it triggered both myself and my partner to be ill. Have thrown the second packet we purchased straight in the bin.
