My children really like these. My only problem is that the packaging is often not properly sealed so they go stale and have to be thrown away.
I used to enjoy Salt and Vinegar Crisps, which are high in fat and calories, these Rice Cakes provide a lower fat/calorie alternative. A helping of2 Rice Cakes has 62 cals and 0.4g fat, whilst a 25g pack of S&V crisps has 129 cals and 7.4g fat. To give a comparison per 100g the Rice Cakes have 360 cals and 2.5g fat and the crisps have 516 cals and 29.6g fat. Both products have negligible sugar content.
Yummy yummy recommendation for a pound it good
Excellent savoury flavour and satisfying texture. I always get a couple of these to have in for healthier snacking and find them just as good as a major brand, but much better value for money.
These are just as good as the leading brand and a lot cheaper and more in a pack I think.
Lovely rice cakeswould much rather buy these and save myself some £! Flavouring is fine to me and will definitely but again.
