Granules
These are so useful for thickening things. Water can be an enemy in cooking making everything taste insipid.

Amazing!
I didn’t know this product existed. I usually use cornflour to thicken my gravy and end up with a powdery taste. This product is much much better!

Thickening Granules
A cupboard staple. Perfect to thicken sauces. I much prefer this to cornstarch powder as these are granules which is less mess to clean up.
