Very hard and very dry. More like crackers than biscuits.

these are delicious,a favorite in our household, very tasty and fresh tasting

Not to our taste

I don't know if it's the fact that they have 30% less fat or that they are oven baked but these mini cheddars are nowhere near as nice as they used to be. I won't be buying again and can't recommend.
