Pick up our Cadbury Chocolate Cake Mix for a celebration-worthy cake in three easy steps. Just add eggs, oil and milk to a jug, mix and then add chocolate cake mix. Gently mix then whisk for one minute until you have a smooth and creamy texture (taking care not to over-mix). Pour evenly between two greased and lined cake tins, and bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean. As well as a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate cake, you can also use this baking mix to make 12 tray bake slices or 16 generous cupcakes. Perfect for baking at home with family and for special occasions! 100ml Vegetable oil
2 Greased and lined 8" (20.5cm) round sandwich cake tins icing/filling (optional)
160ml Semi-skimmed milk
Electric hand whisk

2 In a jug, blend the eggs, milk & oil. Place the Cadbury chocolate cake mix into a bowl, pour the egg, milk and oil and gently mix then whisk for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. Do not over mix.

Soft and spongy
Very easy to make, Cake turned out soft and moist, perfect sweetness and flavour, i have spread Cadbury icing for extra rich taste, definitely buy it again.

Delicious and easy to make
Very quick and easy to make. Took longer to grease the pans. Took 5 to 10 mins longer to cook but well worth the wait. Probably the best chocolate cake I’ve ever made. Used the icing with it. Excellent product.
