Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. The following are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results microwave from frozen. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. 800W: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute. Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape and meal will be hot. Stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan-Oven / Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 20 minutes. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 20 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape and meal will be hot. Stir and serve.
