Just add
500g chicken breasts, chopped
2 handfuls mixed lettuce
1 red onion, finely sliced
Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, mashed
Classic fajitas
1 Preheat oven 225°C (205°C fan assisted), gas mark 7.
Into a big bowl, toss chicken in 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Empty seasoning mix over the chicken and toss to coat. Place chicken on a baking paper lined tray In a single layer and bake for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and crispy.
2 Heat the tortillas:
Microwave: Pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power (800 watts). Open the pack and separate tortillas.
Pan: Heat a pan and toast tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap in a tea towel to steam.
3 Load the warm tortillas with lettuce, crispy chicken, onion, tomatoes, avocado and saucy salsa. Simply roll and enjoy!
Top Tip
Add a twist to your fajitas by adding pickled sliced red onion.
Add lime juice and stand for 5 minutes
