Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix helps you bring a fresh coconut taste to any dish, sweet or savoury. Try it in Asian dishes, curries and desserts for delicious results.

Free from artificial colours and flavours or hydrogenated vegetable oil, this powdered coconut milk is made with coconuts hand-picked from the plantations within the renowned Coconut Triangle of Sri Lanka.

To use, simply mix Maggi Coconut Milk Powder Mix with warm water to make coconut milk. For a thinner consistency, add one tablespoon of Maggi Coconut Milk Powder to one cup of warm water and mix well. For a thicker and more creamy consistency, add three tablespoons of Coconut Milk Powder. Once prepared, pour into your dish and stir regularly. After opening, store in a cool dry place and use again! Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 medium eggs
75g Maggi Coconut Milk Powder
4 tbsp Maggi Extra Hot Chilli Sauce
2 packs Maggi Curry 3 Minute Noodles
4 baby pak choi, chopped into thick slices

To serve:
50g beansprouts
4 spring onions, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced into matchsticks
2 tsp sesame seeds

Method
Step 1: Boil the eggs for 6 mins, plunge into cold water, then peel away the shell.
Step 2: Mix 75g Maggi Coconut Milk Powder with 3 tbsp boiling water until smooth, then add 280ml cold water and mix well. Pour the coconut milk into a large saucepan, add in the noodles, 500ml boiling water, seasoning sachets, chilli sauce and Pak choi. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Serve with beansprouts, spring onion, cucumber, halved eggs and sesame seeds.

Preparation instructions
Coconut milk
**75g + 325ml water
Coconut cream
**75g + 140ml water
1. Whisk 75g Maggi® Coconut Milk Powder Mix and 3 tbsp boiling water together to make a smooth paste.
2. Gradually add 280 ml cold water to the paste, whisking to make smooth coconut milk.
Makes 400 ml, serves 4.
For coconut cream, simply use half the water.
Alternatively, add the coconut milk powder into your recipe for a delicious & authentic flavour.
