Ingredients
- 4 leftover Yorkshire puddings
- 4 tsps caramelised onion chutney
- 75g leftover Brussels sprouts/cabbage shredded
- 200g leftover turkey/beef/gammon
- 100g Brie, sliced
- 150ml leftover gravy
- 2 candy canes/skewers
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Decide which Yorkshires will make your bottom 'bun' and dollop a tsp of caramelised onion chutney on each followed by shredded Brussels sprouts/cabbage.Step 2
Layer your turkey/beef/gammon on top, followed by a tbsp of stuffing and remaining chutney on each. Top with your leftover root veg/roasties and crown with your top Yorkshire pud.Step 3
Heat your gravy in a small pan over a medium/low heat and pop your Yorkshire pud burgers on a baking tray in the oven for 5 mins until warmed through. Take out of the oven, remove your Yorkshire top and lay the Brie on top of each before popping your Yorkshire pud lids back on. Pop in the oven for a further few mins until the Brie is melty and oozing.Step 4
Pierce with a candy cane/skewer, pour over a little gravy on each and serve the rest in a jug on the side. This is definitely one for the naughty list!
