Witches Cauldron Roasted Pumpkin Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
- 100 g of crème fraiche
- 1 loaf of crusty bread
- 1 tbsp of cornflour
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g of cheese
- 1 whole of pumpkin
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180°C / gas mark 4 / 160°C fanStep 2
Cut the top off the pumpkin (into a lid) and scoop out the insidesStep 3
Place the lid back on the pumpkin, place onto a baking tray and cook in the oven as per its cooking guideStep 4
In a bowl, mix together the grated cheeses and cornflour until evenly coatedStep 5
Once the pumpkin is cooked, remove from the oven and fill with the cheese mixture, 2 tbsp of white wine (optional), crème fraiche and garlicStep 6
Turn the oven up to 200°C and place the filled pumpkin back in the oven until all of the cheese has meltedStep 7
Serve with breads and a selection of veg of your choice for dipping and enjoy
