Ingredients

  • 4 Morrisons ginger nuts cookies, crushed
  • Morrisons Honey
  • 185ml coffee liqueur
  • 160ml Morrisons Imperial Vodka
  • 1.5tsps pumpkin spice (or ground cinnamon)

Method

  • Step 1

    Place the crushed ginger snap cookies on a plate.

  • Step 2

    Rub the rims of 4 glasses with honey and dip in cookie crumbs to coat.

  • Step 3

    Whisk together coffee liqueur, vodka and pumpkin spice (or cinnamon) in a measuring cup. Pour into prepared glasses, dividing evenly.

  • Step 4

    Top with ice cubes.

  • Step 5

    Divide the heavy cream evenly among glasses and serve immediately.
