  • 25ml gin
  • 50ml pomegranate juice
  • 50ml prosecco (approximately)
  • Pomegranate seeds to garnish
  • Rosemary springs to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    1. Mix the gin and pomegranate juice together and divide between the two glasses.

  • Step 2

    Top with prosecco and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary to serve.
