Warm, gooey chocolate, juicy exotic fruit and two forks. What could be more perfect for a romantic dessert?

Ingredients

  • 45 g of milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 45 g of dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 75 g of coconut
  • 45 g of white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 120 ml of double cream
  • 1 kiwi, peeled, halved and sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place each chocolate in a separate small bowl or ramekin. Divide the cream between each bowl then heat in the microwave for about 45 seconds to a minute. Check half way through as microwave wattages vary and you don't want to burn the chocolate.
  2. Step 2

    Alternatively, heat the cream in a bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water then add the chocolate, remove from the heat and leave for 5 minutes to melt.
  3. Step 3

    Stir to combine and repeat with the remaining two chocolates.
  4. Step 4

    Spoon each chocolate mix into a small pot and serve straight away with the exotic fruit.
