Ingredients

  • 5 large of kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 4.5 tbsp of honey
  • 3 large of peaches, sliced
  • 250 g of strawberries, (Any fruit can be used including canned as long as you get 3 different colours!)

Method

  1. Step 1

In a blender, purée the strawberries then sieve to get rid of the seeds. Stir one and a half tablespoons of honey into the purée.
  2. Step 2

Pour the strawberry purée into the bottom of each ice lolly mould (or use empty yogurt pots) until they are one third full. Freeze until firm (about 1 1⁄2 hours).
  3. Step 3

Repeat the purée process with the peaches, and add another one and a half tablespoons of honey (there’s no need to sieve the peaches).
  4. Step 4

Pour into the moulds and freeze until firm.
  5. Step 5

Sieve the kiwi to remove its seeds. Add this, mixed with the rest of the honey, to the moulds and insert the sticks.
  6. Step 6

Freeze for another 1 1⁄2 hours or until completely frozen.
  7. Step 7

Get out in the sun and enjoy!
