Ingredients

  • 1 soda
  • 30 ml of lemon juice
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 45 ml of tanqueray gin
  • 15 ml of sugar syrup

Method

  1. Step 1

    Into a highball glass, add the lemon juice, sugar syrup and Tanqueray Gin.
  2. Step 2

    Fill it up three-quarters of the way with ice.
  3. Step 3

    Top up with soda and churn well. Garnish with a lemon slice.
