Try this combination of Talisker whisky and hot chocolate for a perfect winter warmer.

Ingredients

  • 60 g of dark chocolate
  • 50 ml of talisker 10-year-old, or Storm
  • 150 ml of milk, can be dairy or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp of dark chocolate powder
  • 10 ml of golden syrup
  • 2 dashes of cinnamon, or Allspice

Method

  1. Step 1

    To a milk steaming jug add chocolate, 50ml of hot water and stir.
  2. Step 2

    Add the other ingredients.
  3. Step 3

    Steam to heat, mix & froth the milk.
  4. Step 4

    Serve in a mug and garnish with a large marshmallow on a stick, toasted over a flame
  5. Step 5

    Dust with cinnamon or allspice.
