Ingredients
- 60 g of dark chocolate
- 50 ml of talisker 10-year-old, or Storm
- 150 ml of milk, can be dairy or oat milk
- 1 tbsp of dark chocolate powder
- 10 ml of golden syrup
- 2 dashes of cinnamon, or Allspice
Method
Step 1
To a milk steaming jug add chocolate, 50ml of hot water and stir.Step 2
Add the other ingredients.Step 3
Steam to heat, mix & froth the milk.Step 4
Serve in a mug and garnish with a large marshmallow on a stick, toasted over a flameStep 5
Dust with cinnamon or allspice.
