Ingredients

  • 2 ella's kitchen sweet potato pouches
  • 1 tin tuna, drained
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 tablespoons of peas
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetcorn
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil, for cooking

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a big bowl + stir together.
  2. Step 2

    Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat + spoon in the mixture into little patties.
  3. Step 3

    Turn half way through cooking- approximately 2 minutes each side.
