Ingredients
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 pack of fresh figs, sliced
- 450 g of yogurt
- 1 pack of morrisons ready rolled natural marzipan
- 1 bread
Method
Step 1
Cut the bread into thin slices and place on a large baking trayStep 2
Grill one side of the bread until golden brownStep 3
Cut the marzipan into slices to fit neatly on top of each bread sliceStep 4
Place the marzipan on top of the un-toasted side of bread and put back under the grill until the marzipan is also golden brownStep 5
Cut each slice in half and spoon the yogurt along the middle (lengthways), arrange the sliced figs and sprinkle with pomegranate seedsStep 6
Serve and enjoy.
