Ingredients
- 30 ml of gin
- 2 tbsp of elderflower cordial
- 80 ml of prosecco
- 1 small handful of ice
- 1 handful of frozen berries, (optional garnish)
- 0.5 lemon, juiced
- 0.5 lime, juiced (set aside lime peel for decoration)
Method
Step 1
Add a couple of ice cubes to a prosecco glass.Step 2
Add lemon and lime juice, gin and a splash of elderflower cordial.Step 3
Top with prosecco, add a small handful of frozen berries, a swirl of lime peel to the rim and enjoy! The perfect cocktail for a warm summers evening!
