Nothing says summer like fresh British strawberries. Treat yourself to strawberries and cream with a zingy citrus twist.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 tsp of caster sugar
- 1 whole of orange, juice and rind only
- 175 ml of double cream
- 400 g of strawberries, green tops removed and halved
Method
Step 1
Place the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with the sugar. Toss gently and leave to one side.Step 2
Whisk together the orange juice, rind and double cream, until soft peaks are formed.Step 3
Serve the strawberries with a big dollop of citrus cream and a sprig of mint.
