Sticky Maple-Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 1 lemon, grated zest
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, or red wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp of cinnamon, ground
- 3 tbsp of maple syrup, or Honey
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 bottle of morrisons the best marques de los rios rioja crianza
Method
Step 1
Season the chops and coat with the lemon zest all over.Step 2
Cook under a preheated moderate grill or prepared BBQ for 5-7 minutes on each side.Step 3
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the vinegar, maple syrup or honey and cinnamon together.Step 4
Brush the chops with the glaze on both sides. Return and cook for a further 1-2 minutes on each side.Step 5
Garnish the chops with the extra lemon zest and serve on a bed of grained salad.
