Ingredients
- 40 g of honey
- 1 pack of 6 pork sausages
- 10 g of vinegar
- 20 sugar
- 40 g of wholegrain mustard
Method
Step 1
Add the sugar and water to a pan and heat to dissolve the sugar, once dissolved add the mustard, honey and vinegar and bring to a boil.Step 2
Simmer for 2-3 minutes till nice and sticky.Step 3
Cook the sausages and add the mustard syrup to the pan, cook for a further couple of minutes.Step 4
Serve with bread buns or as they are with fried onions.
