Ingredients
- 50 ml of lime cordial
- 1 green food colouring (optional)
- 1 blue food colouring (optional)
- 1 ice cubes
- 565 g of lychees in syrup
- 1 l of cranberry juice
- 1 l of ginger beer
- 100 g of seedless red grapes
- 100 g of seedless green grapes
Method
Step 1
For the punch, mix the cranberry juice with the lime cordial, pour into a large punch bowl and top with ginger beer.Step 2
To make the eyeballs, drain the lychees and add the syrup from the can to the punch. Push the grapes into the cavity of each lychee and float on top of the punch.Step 3
Just before serving, remove the ice hand from the freezer and take of the rubber glove (dip it in hot water for 10 seconds and it should come off easily). Float the ice hand in the punch and add ice cubes.
