Ingredients
- 1 handful of ice
- 100 ml of belvoir ginger beer
- 15 ml of maple syrup
- 25 ml of grapefruit juice
Method
Step 1
Pour the ingredients into a glass over some ice cubes.Step 2
Mix with a spoon and top with Belvoir Ginger Beer.Step 3
Garnish with a caramel shard, grapefruit slice and a sprig of mint.
