Ingredients

  • 1 handful of ice
  • 100 ml of belvoir ginger beer
  • 15 ml of maple syrup
  • 25 ml of grapefruit juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour the ingredients into a glass over some ice cubes.

  • Step 2

    Mix with a spoon and top with Belvoir Ginger Beer.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with a caramel shard, grapefruit slice and a sprig of mint.
