Spiced Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small of banana, peeled and sliced
  • 100 g of strawberries, washed and halved (fresh or frozen can be used)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of clear honey
  • 150 g of strawberry yogurt
  • 150 ml of skimmed milk

Method

  1. Step 1

    Using a small round edged knife, prepare the banana and strawberries, saving one to decorate.
  2. Step 2

    Place the fruit into the blender with the milk, ice cubes, honey, cinnamon and yoghurt.
  3. Step 3

    Put the lid on and blitz for a few seconds till it's smooth. Pour into a glass and decorate with a strawberry.
