Spiced Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 small of banana, peeled and sliced
- 100 g of strawberries, washed and halved (fresh or frozen can be used)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of clear honey
- 150 g of strawberry yogurt
- 150 ml of skimmed milk
Method
Step 1
Using a small round edged knife, prepare the banana and strawberries, saving one to decorate.Step 2
Place the fruit into the blender with the milk, ice cubes, honey, cinnamon and yoghurt.Step 3
Put the lid on and blitz for a few seconds till it's smooth. Pour into a glass and decorate with a strawberry.
