Sparkling Marshmallows

Marshmallows get even better when they're smothered in chocolate and dipped in sprinkles. These are perfect party finger food.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 80 g of sprinkles
- 175 g of chocolate
- 200 g of marshmallows
Method
Step 1
Place the sprinkles into a serving ramekin or bowl.Step 2
Finely chop the chocolate. Place into a heat proof bowl over a pan of boiling water (do not let the bowl touch the water) and stir continuously until smooth and melted.Step 3
Arrange all of the marshmallows on a serving plate, dip into the melted chocolate and then in the sprinkles and enjoy.
