Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of gravy granules
- 80 ml of port, use skimmed juices from the turkey and boiling water
Method
Step 1
Pour the stock and port into a pan and bring to the boil. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes.Step 2
Mix the gravy granules with cold water to form a thin paste and pour into the hot liquid. Heat, whisking, until the gravy thickens. Serve hot.
