Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of gravy granules
  • 80 ml of port, use skimmed juices from the turkey and boiling water

Method

  1. Step 1

    Pour the stock and port into a pan and bring to the boil. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes.
  2. Step 2

    Mix the gravy granules with cold water to form a thin paste and pour into the hot liquid. Heat, whisking, until the gravy thickens. Serve hot.
