Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of soft cheese
  • 2 drops of worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 8 carrots
  • 2 drops of tabasco sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup

Method

  1. Step 1

    To make the dip measure 2 tbsps of soft cream cheese, 2 tbsps of natural yogurt and 2 tbsps of light mayonnaise into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Add 2 tbsps of ketchup. 1 tsp lemon juice, 1-2 drops of worcestershire sauce amd 1-2 drops of tabasco sauce. Whisk until blended.
  3. Step 3

    For the fingers peel 8 medium carrots and taper the ends. Cut a slit in one end of the carrot. Cut 1 red pepper into fingernail shapes then trim the backs so they are thinner. Slide them into the carrot slits so they stay in place.
