Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Pecans

Ingredients

  • 15 g of butter
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 150 g of pecan nuts
  • 1 kg of brussel sprouts

Method

  1. Step 1

    Toast the pecan nuts in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  2. Step 2

    Cut the sprouts into halves and quarters, depending on the size, then steam for about 5 minutes until just tender.
  3. Step 3

    Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan and stir fry the sprouts for about 5 minutes until they begin to brown. Add the toasted pecans and toss to combine.
