Ingredients

  • 12 Woodheads frozen thick sausages
  • 4 Wonky potatoes
  • 3 Wonky carrots
  • 4 Wonky onions
  • 8 Tsp Savers gravy granules
  • 1 pint boiling water
  • Wonky peas, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Boil the diced potatoes for 5 minutes in lightly salted water and then drain and oil.
  2. Step 2

    Mix the sliced onions, carrots, chopped herbs (optional) and boiled potatoes together and place in the bottom of a roasting tray.
  3. Step 3

    Pan fry the sausages until each side is golden brown. Place the sausages on top of the vegetables.
  4. Step 4

    Bake in a preheated oven on 180°C (350°F, Gas Mark 4) for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Step 5

    Make up gravy in a measuring jug.
  6. Step 6

    Remove tray & pour over the gravy.
  7. Step 7

    Return to the oven for an extra five minutes, and serve with garden peas.
