Ingredients
- 12 Woodheads frozen thick sausages
- 4 Wonky potatoes
- 3 Wonky carrots
- 4 Wonky onions
- 8 Tsp Savers gravy granules
- 1 pint boiling water
- Wonky peas, to serve
Method
- Step 1Boil the diced potatoes for 5 minutes in lightly salted water and then drain and oil.
- Step 2Mix the sliced onions, carrots, chopped herbs (optional) and boiled potatoes together and place in the bottom of a roasting tray.
- Step 3Pan fry the sausages until each side is golden brown. Place the sausages on top of the vegetables.
- Step 4Bake in a preheated oven on 180°C (350°F, Gas Mark 4) for 25-30 minutes.
- Step 5Make up gravy in a measuring jug.
- Step 6Remove tray & pour over the gravy.
- Step 7Return to the oven for an extra five minutes, and serve with garden peas.
