Ingredients
- 1 pack of steamed salmon flakes
- 8 sprigs of fresh dill
- 1 lemon, zest only
- 1 ciabatta
- 1 handful of watercress
- 6 radishes
- 150 ml of crème fraiche
Method
Step 1
Add the lemon zest and dill to the crème fraiche and stir to combineStep 2
Spread the crème fraiche over the griddled ciabatta slicesStep 3
Divide the salmon flakes between the slices and garnish with watercress and radish
