- 1 dash of black pepper
- 100 g of salted butter, softened

- 4 tbsp of rapeseed oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped or crushed
- 1 handful of small handful fresh chopped parsley
- 1 bottle of morrisons the best uco valley malbec
Method
Step 1
Remove the steaks from the fridge at least 20 minutes before cooking to bring up to room temperature.Step 2
To prepare the horseradish, garlic and parsley butter; mix the horseradish, butter, garlic and parsley together in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.Step 3
Mold the butter into a sausage shape and wrap in greaseproof or baking parchment paper.Step 4
Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes whilst you cook your steak.Step 5
Heat a non-stick frying or griddle pan until hot, alternatively, you can cook on the BBQ. Brush the steak with a little oil on both sides and season well. Cook the steaks according to your preference. Transfer to a warm plate, cover with foil and allow to rest for 3-4 minutes.Step 6
Serve the steak with two slices of the herb butter, a glass of wine, accompaniments of your choice (we paired with homemade wedges) and tuck in!
