Ingredients
3 total- 400 ml of champagne, use cava for a cheaper alternative
- 50 ml of crème de cassis
- 125 g of raspberries
Method

Divide 8 raspberries between 4 Champagne flutes.
Step 2
Place the remaining raspberries into a food processor and whizz until smooth, then sieve.
Step 3
Stir in the crème de cassis and divide between the glasses. Top up with champagne to make it a real kir royale.
