Nothing says autumn quite like pumpkin spice! So, celebrate the season with a Pumpkin Spice Mimosa, blending cosy flavours with a bubbly twist.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 500ml fresh squeezed orange juice
- 80g grated pumpkin
- 0.5 tsp mixed spice
- 1tbsp light brown sugar
- 40g caster sugar
- 1.5g mixed spices
- 1 orange, cut into slices
Method
Step 1
For the orange juice, bring all of the ingredients to the boil in a pan.Step 2
Pop into a container and leave in the fridge overnight to infuse.Step 3
Dip the rim in the sugar and spice mix.Step 4
Pass the juice through a fine sieve before mixing with the Champagne or Prosecco.Step 5
To assemble, rub the rim of a champagne flute with a slice of orange.Step 6
Mix the sugar and spice together.Step 7
Dip the rim in the sugar and spice mix.Step 8
Fill half of the flute with the chilled pumpkin spiced orange juice and top up with the chilled champagne or prosecco.Step 9
Garnish with a slice of orange.
